By thinking together about your actions, I want you to learn to make conscious choices and to maintain them. you will also get to know your own body better by exercising/moving in the way that suits you.
On a personal level, there can be pitfalls sometimes, we will also pay attention to this. Everyone has their personal strength but also points that need more attention. Step by step we will become aware of what your pitfalls are and how to solve them together.
